橘子皮制备绿色水基钻井液处理剂及其作用效能研究 被引量:8

摘要 考察了橘子皮粉末在钻井液基浆中的作用效能,评价其抗温性、抑制性以及与改性淀粉和聚丙烯酰胺配伍性。实验结果表明,橘子皮粉末具有较好的降滤失作用;随着老化温度的升高,橘子皮粉末处理水基钻井液黏度逐渐升高,橘子皮粉末在水基钻井液中降滤失作用逐渐减弱,大于140℃之后失去降滤失作用;橘子皮粉末水提取液对膨润土的水化膨胀有一定的抑制作用,优于4.0%氯化钾溶液;随着老化温度的升高,橘子皮粉末与改性淀粉体系钻井液配伍表现出较好的增黏和降滤失作用。基于橘子皮在钻井液中良好的作用效能,在此基础上做一些化学改性,进一步改善其作用效能,橘子皮有望作为绿色、环保、高效的水基钻井液处理剂。 To develop a natural materials additive for drilling fluids,citrus reticulata peel,which is the waste produced by eating or processing citrus reticulata,is used as the water based drilling fluids additive.The effects of citrus reticulata peel powder on the performances of base mud were evaluated.The thermal stability,inhibition and compatibility with modified starch and polyacrylamide of citrus reticulata peel powder were studied.The experimental results showed that citrus reticulata peel had good role of filtrate loss reduction,and as the treatment temperature increasing,apparent viscosity and plastic viscosity gradually increase,the filtration reduction weaken and is invalid above 140 ℃ in base mud.The water extract of citrus reticulata peel could inhibit hydration and swelling of clay as the concentration increasing,superior to that of 4.0% KCl solution.Companying with modified starch,the citrus reticulata peel had good viscosify and filtrate loss reduction performance along with the increasing of treatment temperature.Based on the good properties in drilling fluids,the citrus reticulata peel hopefully will be a green,environmental and efficient drilling fluids additive after some chemical modification,which will further improve its properties.
