2,4-二叔戊基苯酚的合成研究 被引量:1

摘要 以异戊烯和苯酚为原料,通过烷基化反应合成2,4-二叔戊基苯酚,对反应的工艺条件进行了考察和优化,筛选合适的催化剂和适宜的工艺条件,并对固体酸催化剂性能进行了评价。结果表明:异戊烯与苯酚的烷基化反应以Amberlyst35Wet酸性阳离子交换树脂作催化剂,催化剂用量为1.0%,较佳的工艺条件是温度100℃、反应时间8h、压力1.0MPa、烯酚比为2.0,在该条件下,苯酚转化率在99%以上,2,4-二叔戊基苯酚单程收率为70%以上。 A novel compound 2,4-di-tert-pentylphenol was synthesized from isopentene and phenol through alkylation catalyzed by different solid acid catalyst.The synthesis conditions were optimized.The experimental results showed that under the optimal reaction conditions that Amberlyst35Wet acidic cation exchange resin as catalyst,mass ratio of it to total reaction mixture of 1.0%,reaction temperature of 100 ℃,reaction time of 8 h,pressure of 1.0 MPa and molar ratio of isopentene to phenol as 2.0,the conversion of phenol was could be above 99% and the yield of 2,4-di-tert-pentylphenol was more than 70 %.
