摘要
将石蜡与微晶蜡按质量比4∶1进行混合,经催化氧化后制备人造蜂蜡,并进行红外光谱分析.将制备的人造蜂蜡进行乳化,对乳化剂的选择及乳化工艺进行研究,实验结果表明:以石蜡为主要原料制备的人造蜂蜡,采用FS18/OP-9(3 g/2 mL)为乳化剂,在乳化温度为85℃,乳化时间为30 min,搅拌速度为1 000~1 200r/min的条件下进行乳化,既能降低乳化蜡的成本,又提高了乳化液的稳定性.
In the experiment,paraffin wax was mixed with microcrystalline paraffin wax in the mass proportion of 4 ∶ 1.Synthetic beeswax was prepared adopting the mixture as raw material according to catalyzed oxidation method and characterized by Infrared spectrum analysis.The prepared synthetic beeswax was emulsified.The choice of emulsifier and emulsification technology was investigated.The results showed that synthetic beeswax prepared from paraffin wax had advantages of good stability and low cost under the optimal conditions:emulsifying temperature of 85 ℃,emulsifying time of 30 min and stirring speed of 1 000-1 200 r/min using FS18/OP-9(3 g/2 mL)as emulsifier.
