氟烷基和聚醚共改性硅油的制备及表征 被引量:2

摘要 以含氢硅油、含氟丙烯酸酯和烯丙基聚醚为原料,在卡斯特催化剂的作用下,合成了一种有机硅表面活性剂——含氟丙烯酸酯、聚醚共改性聚硅氧烷,并用红外光谱对其进行了表征。通过单因素实验确定较佳反应条件为:n(Si—H)∶n(CC)=1∶1.15,催化剂用量10μg/g,反应温度90℃,反应时间5h,在此条件下转化率可达88.5%。含氟丙烯酸酯和聚醚摩尔比为1∶5,共改性硅油水溶液质量浓度为0.6g/L时,表面张力为23.7mN/m。 A type of organic silicone surfactant,fluorinated acrylatel and polyether co-modified siloxane,was prepared with polyhydrosilicone oil,fluorinated acrylate and allyl-polyether as starting materials in the presence of Karstedt catalyst.Chemical structure of the synthesized product was characterized by infrared (IR) spectrum.Effects of factors,such as molar ratio of reactants,dosage of catalyst,reaction temperature and reaction time on Si-H conversion were investigated by single factor experiments.Suitable conditions were identified as:n(Si-H) ∶ n(C=C)=1 ∶ 1.15,amount of the catalyst is 10μg/g,reaction temperature is 90 ℃ and reaction time is 5 h.Under these conditions,the conversion achieves 88.5%.When the molar ratio of fluorinated acrylatel and allyl-polyether is 1 ∶ 5,mass concentration of co-modified silicone oil aqueous solution is 0.6 g/L and the surface tension is 23.7 mN/m.
