CAST和MBR工艺在实际应用中的比较

COMPARISON BETWEEN CAST AND MBR PROCESS IN PRACTICAL APPLICATION

介绍了循环式活性污泥法(CAST)和膜生物反应器(MBR)工艺在实际生产中的应用,对2种工艺的直接投资成本、出水水质与处理效果、直接运行成本及运行管理与设备维护进行了分析比较。在实际运行中,2种工艺出水都可达到GB 18918-2002一级A标准;CAST工艺在投资成本和直接运行成本,运行管理和设备维护方面具有明显优势;MBR工艺处理效果和出水水质优于CAST工艺。

Both CAST and MBR process were introduced in practical application. The comparison of direct investment costs, effluence quality and treatment efficiency, direct costs of running, operation management and service and maintenance of equipment between CAST and MBR were made. It shows that in actual operation, effluence quality by both processes is up to the standard A of the first class in GB 18918 -2002. CAST process has obvious advantages in investment costs, direct costs of running and service ＆ maintenance of equipment. Effluent quality and treatment efficiency of MBR process is better than that of the CAST process.
