摘要
介绍了目前国外四种烧结烟气循环工艺,分别是日本新日铁的区域性废气循环工艺、荷兰艾默伊登开发的EOS工艺、德国HKM开发的LEEP工艺以及奥钢联开发的EPOSINT工艺,结合烧结烟气各成分的浓度分布对四种烟气循环工艺进行分析和对比,并总结了每种工艺的优缺点,以期为我国研究开发新的烧结烟气循环工艺提供参考。
Four foreign recycling processes of sintering waste gas at present, which are waste gas regional recirculation prcoess developed by Nippon,EOS (Emission optimized sintering) process developed by Corus Ijmuiden in Netherlands,LEEP ( Low emission and energy optimized sintering process ) developed by HKM and EPOSINT ( Environmental process optimized sinterin) process developed by Siemens VAI, are introduced. In combination with the concentration distribution of sintering waste gas components,the four recycling processes of sintering waste gas are analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of each process are summarized, which can provide reference for the development of new sintering waste gas recireulation process in our country.
