摘要
高性能六氟磷酸锂是动力锂离子电池关键材料。根据动力锂离子电池对电解质盐的要求,分析了高性能六氟磷酸锂对电池的影响。通过电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)等检测手段,分析了国内外不同厂家制备的六氟磷酸锂产品(包括多氟多化工股份有限公司产品)的化学、物理性能,并利用电化学平台对制成的动力电池的性能进行了比较。结果表明,不同厂家制备的六氟磷酸锂产品,由于工艺控制的差异,使得产品的纯度、晶型、粒度各不相同,对电解液的质量和生产控制均有影响,最终会影响锂离子电池的循环性能和倍率性能。
The lithium hexafluorophosphate with good performance is the key raw material of the H-ion power battery.Based on the requirement of the Li-ion power battery to the electrolyte salt,the influences of high quality lithium hexafluorophosphate with good performance on Li-ion power battery were analyzed.The chemical and physical properties of the lithium hexafluorophosphate from different suppliers (including Do-fluoride Chemicals Co. ,Ltd. ) in China and abroad were characterized by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) etc., and the prepared power batteries made in an eletrochemistry platform were compared.Results showed that lithium hexnfluorophosphate from different suppliers, were various in purity, crystal shape, and particle size due to the differences of process control, and these differences will affect the quality and production control of electrolyte, which will finally affect the lithium ion battery's cycle performance and discharge rate performance.
