摘要
废铅酸蓄电池中的二氧化铅(PbO2)是一种两性氧化物,主要呈酸性,性质比较稳定,难以回收利用,但其含量仅次于硫酸铅,其还原回收率对铅的总回收率具有重大影响,使得人们对废铅酸蓄电池中二氧化铅的还原技术愈加重视。对国内外废铅酸蓄电池回收技术中二氧化铅的还原方法及研究现状进行了综述,分析了各种方法的优缺点,指出湿法还原优于火法还原,尤其是用草酸还原二氧化铅的方法比较理想,对环境无污染,并具有工业应用价值,值得做进一步的试验研究。
The PbO2 in spent lead acid battery is an amphoteric compound with prevalent acidic properties.It's difficult to be recycled because of its stability.But the reduction rate of PbO2 has a significant influence on the total recycle rate of Pb in the spent lead acid battery because the content of PbO2 is only less than PbSO4.Therefore, more attention has been paid to the reduction technology of PbO2 in the spent lead acid battery.The methods to reduce PbO2 in the process of recycling spent lead acid battery and present study status were reviewed.The advantages and disadvantages of each method were analyzed.It was indicated that hydrometallurgical reduction was much better than pyrometallurgical reduction,especially the method of reducing lead dioxide by oxalic acid which was no pollution to the environment and had high value in industrial application was more ideal and worth further experimental investigation.
