摘要 用过硫酸铵引发自由基聚合反应合成了聚合氯化铝(PAC)-聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(PDMDAAC)杂化絮凝剂。电导率和傅里叶变换红外光谱分析结果表明,PAC-PDMDAAC之间以共价键性质键合。扫描电镜照片显示杂化絮凝剂结构疏松,更易发挥吸附架桥作用。实验得到合成杂化絮凝剂的最佳条件为:单体用量为m(单体)/m(PAC)=30/100,引发剂质量分数为0.7%,反应温度60℃,反应时间为3h。絮凝实验结果表明,杂化型高分子絮凝剂在投药量为8 mg/L时,絮凝效果明显优于复配型或PAC单独使用时的絮凝效果,浊度去除率达99.06%。 A new type of poly aluminum chloride (PAC)-poly dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride(PDMDAAC) organic-inorganic hybrid flocculant was synthesized using ammonium persulfate as initiator. The conductivity and FT-IR results show that there is covalent bond between PAC and PDMDAAC. SEM photos reveal the PAC-PDMDAAC hybrid flocculant with a loose structure and large molecule can play roles of bridging and adsorption. The optimum conditions of the synthesis experiment are m(monomer)/m(PAC)=30/100, mass fraction of initiator of 0.7%, temperature of 60 ℃ and time of 3 h. Coagulation experiment results show the PAC-PDMDAAC hybrid flocculant has better flocculation effect than complex flocculant and PAC at the dosage of 8 mg/L. Turbidity removal efficiency reaches 99.06%.
