摘要
美国非营利组织的海外援助已经超过了官方发展援助。本文在概要分析美国非营利组织的海外资金使用、发展动因和发展阶段及开展国际合作现状的基础上,归纳出美国非营利组织国际化发展的路径模式,从人道主义援助着手,将其作为开展国际化发展的基础;其次是培养专业人才,作为国际化发展的关键手段;同时利用宗教网络、发展民间社会网络和多边渠道作为其非营利组织国际化发展的三条途径,以达成美国政府在全球推行其民主价值观为最终目标。
Overseas aid provided by US NPOs has exceeded the countrgs official development aid. Based on a general analysis of the use of overseas funds of American NPOs as well as their cause ＆ phases of development and cooperation, this ar- ticle proposes that the development pathway of international cooperation begins with a view of humanitarian relief. The cultivation of local talents is a key element for successful international cooperation of US NPOs. Finally, through in- ternational networks of religious organizations and civil society networks, the promotion of democratic values can be said to be the overall goal of US NPOs.
