摘要
目的观察以乙酰柠檬酸三正丁酯(ATBC)增塑的聚氯乙烯(PVC)材料制作的一次性使用配药对药物的吸附性,为临床合理用药和输液器生产选材提供参考。方法将硝酸甘油、硝酸异山梨酯、单硝酸异山梨酯、紫杉醇等药物,按照临床使用方法,分别经无DEHP(ATBC增塑PVC)输液器和热塑性弹性塑料(TPE)输液器流出,测定不同流速情况下不同时间流出液的峰面积与初始峰面积的比较情况,结合现有文献报道进行分析。结果无DEHP输液器仅对少数流速极慢的药物有吸附。结论 PVC仍是制造输液器的主要材料,适用于绝大多数药物的输注。
Objective To observe the drug adsorption of disposable dispensing produced by plastic PVC materials with increased aeetyl tributyl citrate (ATBC), and make a reference for the reasonable druging and infusion material in clinic. Methods According to clinical methods, nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate, isosorbide mononitrate, paclitaxel set out through non-DEHP infusion and TPE infusion, and at different flow conditions determine the comparison between the peak area of outflow liquid at different time and the initial peak area, and then analyze combined with the existing literature. Results Non-DEHP infusion has the adsorption effect on only a few drugs with slow velocity. Conclusion PVC is still the main material for making infusion, which is suitable for most drugs.
