Collagen-1蛋白和MMP-9蛋白表达在盆腔器官脱垂发病机制中的作用 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨Collagen-1蛋白和MMP-9蛋白在盆腔器官脱垂(POP)发病机制中的作用。方法:选择POP的患者36例作为实验组,同期住院非盆底功能障碍性疾病(PFD)的患者29例为对照组,用免疫组化二步法检测Collagen-1蛋白和MMP-9蛋白在两组中的表达。结果:Collagen-1蛋白在POP组的阳性表达率(41.67%)明显低于对照组(68.96%),差异有统计学意义(P=0.028),且随POP程度分级越高,Collagen-1蛋白的阳性表达率就越低。MMP-9蛋白在POP组的阳性表达率(77.78%)明显高于对照组(20.69%),差异有统计学意义(P=0.000),且随POP程度分级越高,MMP-9蛋白的阳性表达率就越高。结论:Collagen-1蛋白和MMP-9蛋白的表达与POP发生、发展密切相关。
