摘要
为有效解决流媒体业务引起的网络拥塞,提高网络运行效率,提出了一种基于RTP/RTCP协议的类TCP拥塞控制算法。通过分析TCP协议建立了类TCP流量参考模型,推导出了平均延迟抖动计算公式;改进了AIMD窗口控制机制,利用超时时钟值控制超时状态并调整窗口大小。算法采用TCP确认机制,彻底摒弃重传机制以保证流媒体业务的连续性和实时性。实验结果表明,该算法与其它RTP流控算法相比,能够较好地抑制拥塞和抖动,在流媒体业务实际应用中具有可行性。
To solve the network congestion caused by the streaming media services and improve the network efficiency, a design method of TCP-Like congestion control algorithm based on RTP/RTCP is presented. TCP-Like flow reference model is estab- lished and the formula of average delay jitter is deduced by means of analyzing traditional TCP protocol; AIMD is used to improve window control mechanisms; value of timeout is constructed to control the overtime status and adjust the window size. Algo- rithm adopts the TCP validation mechanism and the TCP retransmission mechanism is completely abandoned to ensure the conti- nuity and real-time of streaming. The experimental results show that, compared with other RTP flow control algorithm, the proposed algorithm can enhance the congestion control capabilities and inhibit jitter, which verifies the feasibility of the algorithm in the streaming media business.
