摘要
合理的高校学生事务管理者选聘机制是建立高质量的学生事务管理队伍、推进学生事务管理专业化的前提。以胜任力理论、人-职匹配理论和戴明环等理论为分析我国高校学生事务管理者选聘机制的理论基础,并以此对我国高校学生事务管理者选聘机制的现状进行分析,指出其进展与存在的不足,进一步从胜任力特征、优化选聘环节、合理运用选聘方法以及加强对选聘专家培训等角度提出优化我国高校学生事务管理者选聘机制的路径。
It is an essential prerequisite for institutions of higher learning to work out a rational mechanism for selecting and recruiting student affairs administrators for the sake of its professionalization and enhancement of student affairs administration. This paper presents the status quo in Chinese institutions of higher learning and in-depth analysis on optimizing its mechanism in light of the competency theory, human-post matching theory and Deming Circle (PDCA) theory. Based on the discussion of the development and shortcomings of Chinese practice, an optimized path for seclecting and recruiting student affairs administrators is proposed, which is characterized by the competency-orientated standard, optimized procedure, improved method and enhanced training for exoerts involved in the orocess.
