摘要
如何激励教师提高绩效及工作积极性是摆在高校管理者面前一项极其重要的工作。通过从三个重要激励维度对全国28所高职院校教师激励现状进行调查,结果表明,从教师需要出发,以提高教师经济、职业和环境认知入手的激励策略对教师工作效能具有较强预测作用,其中职业激励的预测力最强。具体而言,合理设计和调整薪酬、制定科学有效的教师聘任制度以及营造良好的人文和制度环境将对高职院校教师起到重要的激励作用。
How to motivate teachers to improve their performance and motivation is the extremely important workplaced in front of university administrators. Based on a sample survey of 28 higher vocational colleges, three key factors involving teacher incentives areexplored. Then a structural equation model ofteacher incentives is established and examined teachers' needs, motivati usingthe confirmatory factor onal strategiesof teachers' analysis.Actually, starting economic requirement, with the analysis of vocational professional development and environmental factorsare considered asstrong predictors of their job performances, in which motivational strategiesof teachers' the professional developmentis the strongest predictor. Specifically, the reasonable salary, the scientificteacher appointment systemand the good cultural and institutional environment will play an important role in teacher incentives.
