摘要
国内某钢厂2#连铸机主要生产断面为150 mm×350 mm的小方坯,在生产中铸坯出现严重的内部和表面缺陷。为解决这一问题,对使用中的二冷喷嘴进行了冷态性能测试,分析测试结果表明,8080喷嘴和11780喷嘴均存在严重质量问题。根据测试结果对二冷喷嘴布置进行优化。在二冷一段内外弧各加两个15680喷嘴以增加冷却强度,三角区裂纹缺陷评级由4级降低为0级,并有效的改善了鼓肚、中心裂纹等其他铸坯质量问题。
One domestic steelmaking plantg 2^# caster mainly produces billet with 150 mm × 350 mm, but the billet ap-pears serious internal and surface defects in the production. In order to solve this problem, the using secondary cooling noz-zles were cold performance tested. The results show that the 8080 and 11780 nozzles all have serious quality problems. Ac-cording to the test results, optimized the secondary cooling nozzle arrangement, the inner and outer arc in the first period of secondary cooling each plus two 15680 nozzle to increase the cooling intensity, The triangle zone crack defects rating lower from 4 to 0, and effectively improved the other billet quality prblems such as bulging, central crack etc.
