摘要
对安钢7号高炉空料线停炉操作进行总结:停炉前做好准备工作,停炉过程中前期采用大风量、高风温,中后期控制好风压、风量和炉顶打水,使炉顶温度控制在350℃~500℃之间,成功地将料线降到风口中心线以下.同时对炉役末期炉体严重破损的高炉停炉技术加以归纳总结,使得空料线停炉技术得到进一步完善和发展.
In Angang No. 7 blast furnace air feed line shutdown operation were summarized : prepare before stopping the furnace, large air volume, high wind temperature the shutdown process, in the late control pressure, air and water at top, the top temperature controlled at 350 -500 DEG C, successfully will feed line drop the air inlet center line.
