摘要
对安钢7号高炉空料线停炉操作进行总结：停炉前做好准备工作,停炉过程中前期采用大风量、高风温,中后期控制好风压、风量和炉顶打水,使炉顶温度控制在350℃～500℃之间,成功地将料线降到风口中心线以下.同时对炉役末期炉体严重破损的高炉停炉技术加以归纳总结,使得空料线停炉技术得到进一步完善和发展.
