全国名老中医陈全新教授,从医50余年,一直从事无痛进针手法的临床研究,通过对传统进针手法的继承与创新,首先提出无痛进针手法:"牵压捻点法"、"压入捻点法";其次发明了"透电压手法";最后创造出快速旋转进针法——飞针。
