综合性护理干预对锁骨骨折患者术后功能恢复和并发症的影响

Influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative functional recovery and complication of patients with clavicular fracture

目的探讨综合性护理干预对锁骨骨折患者术后功能恢复和并发症的影响。方法选择2009年1月~2013年7月杭州市萧山中医院骨科行手术治疗的锁骨骨折患者80例为研究对象,将其随机分为常规护理组和护理干预组,每组各40例。两组患者均给予相同的手术治疗。常规护理组给予术后常规护理措施,护理干预组给予术后综合性护理措施。对两组患者随访6个月,观察并比较两组患者治疗后功能恢复和术后并发症情况。结果随访6个月,护理干预组患者术后功能恢复优良率为95.0%,明显高于常规护理组的77.5%,差异有统计学意义（χ2=5.16,P〈0.05）;护理干预组患者并发症的发生率为5.0%,明显低于常规护理组的20.0%,差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.11,P〈0.05）。结论综合性护理干预用于锁骨骨折手术治疗患者的效果较确切,可促进术后功能恢复,减少术后并发症的发生。

Objective To discuss influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative functional recovery and complication of patients with clavicular fracture. Methods 80 patients with clavicular fracture who were operated in Xiaoshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Hangzhou City from January 2009 to July 2013 were selected as study objects, they were randomly divided into routine nursing group and nursing intervention group, with 40 cases in each group. Patients of two groups were given the same operational medical treatment. The patients in routine nursing group were given the routine nursing measures, while the patients in nursing intervention group were given postoperative comprehensive nursing measures. The patients in two groups were followed up for 6 months, and the functional recovery and complication of patients in two groups after the operation were observed and compared. Results After 6months′ following up, the excellent and good rates of functional recovery of patients in nursing intervention group was95.0%, which was much higher than that in routine nursing group（77.5%）, the difference was statistically significant（χ2=5.16, P 0.05）. The complication occurrence rate of patients in nursing intervention group was 5.0%, which was much lower than that in routine nursing group（20.0%）, the difference was statistically significant（χ2=4.11, P 0.05）.Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention has reliable curative effect on patients operated on clavicular fracture treatment, which can enhance the postoperative functional recovery and reduce the complication occurrence rate.
