无机材料合成用试剂的提纯制备和X—射线荧光分析

摘要 以分析纯化学试剂为初始试剂,经分步沉淀法纯化和气固反应及热分解反应制备成CaCO_3,SrCO_3,BaCO_3,MgO,Al_2O_3和SiO_2六种产物。用X-射线荧光光谱法分析了杂质含量。结果表明各样品的主要杂质含量已基本降到高纯试剂水平。所提纯制备的产物可作为发光材料等无机材料合成的原料试剂。本方法具有设备简单,操作方便,不需特殊试剂等特点。 After puritied by fractional precipitation from analytical reagents, six products (CaCo_3, SrCo_3, BaCo_3, MgO, A1_2O_3 and SiO_2) were prepared by gas-solid reactions and thermal decompositions, the impurity concentrations in the products were determined by X-ray fluorescence spectrophotometry with high pure reagents (99.99%) as standard. The analytical results show that the concentrations of main impurities are close to high pure level. So the products refined by these methods can be used as primary materials in syntheses of inorganic materials. The methods presented were do not require any special equipments and special reagent. The operations are easy and convenient.
