舌针配合Schuell刺激疗法治疗中风后运动性失语疗效观察

Therapeutic Observation of Tongue Acupuncture plus Schuell's Stimulation Approach for Post-stroke Motor Aphasia

目的观察舌针配合Schuell刺激疗法治疗中风后运动性失语患者的疗效。方法将60例中风后运动性失语患者随机分为两组,每组30例,观察组接受1个疗程(20 d)的舌针、Schuell刺激疗法治疗;对照组仅接受Schuell刺激疗法。结果观察组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舌针配合Schuell刺激疗法可明显改善中风后运动性失语患者的语功能。

Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of tongue acupuncture plus Schuell＇s stimulation approach in treating post-stroke motor aphasia. Method Sixty patients with post-stroke motor aphasia were divided into two groups, 30 in each group. The observation group received a treatment course（20 d） of tongue acupuncture plus Schuell＇s stimulation approach; the control group only received Schuell＇s stimulation approach. Result The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Tongue acupuncture plus Schuell＇s stimulation approach can significantly improve the language function of patients with post-stroke motor aphasia.
