针刺配合药物治疗代谢综合征临床观察

Clinical Observations on Acupuncture plus Medication for Metabolic Syndrome

目的观察针刺配合药物治疗代谢综合征的疗效及MS评分的评价作用。方法将60例代谢综合征患者随机分为针药组与药物组,两组均采用基础治疗和药物对症治疗,针药组加用针刺疗法。分别在治疗前后观察血糖、高密度胆固醇脂蛋白、胰岛素、甘油三酯、血压、腰围、体重指数、MS评分。结果两组治疗前后血糖、高密度胆固醇脂蛋白、胰岛素、甘油三酯、血压均有明显改善(P<0.05),针药组治疗后腰围、体重指数、MS评分有明显改善(P<0.01),且优于药物组(P<0.05)。结论针刺配合药物是治疗代谢综合征的有效治疗方法,MS评分可作为代谢综合征疗效评价指标。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture plus medication for metabolic syndrome. Method Sixty patients with metabolic syndrome were randomly allocated to acupuncture-medication and medication groups. Both groups received basic treatment and expectant treatment with drugs. Acupuncture therapy was added in the acupuncture-medication group. Blood sugar, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, insulin, triglyceride, blood pressure, waist circumference, body mass index and the MS score were observed before and after treatment. Result Blood sugar, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, insulin, triglyceride and blood pressure improved significantly in both groups after treatment（P0.05）. Waist circumference, body mass index and the MS score improved significantly in the acupuncture-medication group after treatment（P0.01） and they improved significantly more than in the medication group（P0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture plus medication is an effective way to treat metabolic syndrome. The MS score can be used as an index to evaluate the therapeutic effect on metabolic syndrome.
