耳部割治联合常规中药治疗血热型银屑病临床观察

Clinical Observation of Ear Cutting Therapy plus Conventional Chinese Medicine for Psoriasis Due to Blood-heat

目的观察耳部割治联合常规中药治疗血热型银屑病的临床疗效。方法选择血热型银屑病患者50例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组25例,两组均给予常规中药治疗,治疗组在此基础上进行耳部割治,每星期2次,两组均以3星期为1个疗程,观察患者治疗前后银屑病皮损面积和严重程度指数(PASI)评分的改变。结果两组治疗前后PASI评分组内比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后PASI评分组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组愈显率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳部割治联合常规中药治疗血热型银屑病疗效确切,且无明显不良反应。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ear cutting therapy combined with conventional Chinese medicine in treating psoriasis due to blood-heat. Method Fifty patients with psoriasis due to blood-heat were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 25 in each group. In addition to the Chinese medicine treatment given to both groups, the treatment group also received ear cutting therapy twice a week. Three-week treatments were taken as a treatment course in both groups. The Psoriasis Area and Severity Index（PASI） was adopted for observation before and after treatment to see the changes. Result The two groups both had significant changes in PASI score after treatment（P0.01）; after treatment, the difference in PASI score was statistically significant between the two groups（P0.01）. The recovery and markedly-effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Ear-cutting therapy combined with conventional Chinese medicine has confirmative therapeutic effect in treating psoriasis due to blood-heat, without obvious adverse effects.
