拨针为主综合针灸疗法治疗痤疮临床观察

Clinical Observation of Teasing-needle-predominant Comprehensive Acupuncture Therapy in Treating Acne

目的比较拨针为主综合针灸疗法治疗与口服丹参酮治疗痤疮的疗效。方法将60例痤疮患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用拨针为主综合针灸疗法,对照组口服丹参酮。两组均治疗8星期为1个疗程,观察2个疗程。结果治疗组总有效率为100.0%,对照组总有效率为86.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论拨针为主综合针灸疗法治疗痤疮总有效率优于口服丹参酮治疗。

Objective To observe the difference in therapeutic efficacy between teasing-needle-predominant comprehensive acupuncture therapy and oral administration of Tanshinone in treating acne. Method Sixty acne patients were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 30 in each group. The treatment group was intervened by comprehensive acupuncture therapy with teasing needle as the major method, and the control was by oral administration of Tanshinone. For both groups, 8-week treatments were taken as a treatment course, and 2 courses were observed in total. Result The total effective rate was 100.0% in the treatment group versus 86.7% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）. Conclusion The total effective rate of the teasing-needle-predominant comprehensive acupuncture therapy is higher than that of oral administration of Tanshinone.
