中西医结合治疗各类眼底出血的疗效观察

The efficacy of tcm combined with western medicine for the treatment of various retinal hemorrhage

目的评价中西医结合治疗各类眼底出血的临床效果。方法选取2010年2月～2012年7月本院眼科门诊或住院的眼底出血患者80例，随机分为观察组和对照组，其中，对照组给予单纯西医治疗，而观察组采用中西医结合方法治疗，观察患者眼底出血吸收情况、视力变化情况以及治疗有效率。结果观察组患者经中西医结合治疗后，治愈21眼，显效15眼，有效4眼，无效5眼，治疗总有效率为88．89％，明显高于对照组；两组患者的视力均较治疗前改善，且观察组患者的视力改善程度高于对照组；对于不同发病原因的眼底出血，中西医结合治疗效果均较好。结论中西医结合治疗对各类眼底出血均具有良好疗效，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate clinical effects of Chinese medicine treatment （TCM） combined with western medicine （WM） for various kinds of retinal hemorrhage.Methods 80 cases with retinal hemorrhage were selected in ophthalmology department of our hospital during February 2010 to July 2012 and then randomly divided into the obser- vation group and the control group, in which the control group was given western medicine,and the observation group was given TCM combined with WM.After the treatment,retinal hemorrhage absorption,vision change and the therapeutic effect of the treatment was observed.Results After TCM combined with WM and only western medicine treatment,the treatment effective rate in the observation group and control group were respectively 88.89% and 67.39%, compared with the control group, the effective rate in the observation group were significantly increased. Compared with the vision before treatment, the patients in two groups were both improved,but for the degree of improvement in visual acuity,the patients in the observation group were significantly increased than that in the control group;for different retinal hemor- rhage, TCM combined with WM achieved good results.Conclusion For various types of retinal hemorrhage,TCM com- bined with WM have good efficacy and is worth promoting in the clinical treatment of retinal hemorrhage.
