六味安消胶囊与乳果糖口服液治疗老年功能性便秘的效果观察

Efficacy of liuwei anxiao capsule and lactulose oral solution in treatment of senile functional constipation

目的对比六味安消胶囊与乳果糖口服液治疗老年功能性便秘的效果。方法选择本院老年功能性便秘患者46例,随机分为两组,其中六味安消胶囊组给予口服六味安消胶囊治疗,4粒/次,3次/d;乳果糖组给予乳果糖口服液治疗,10 ml/次,3次/d。疗程为4周。结果六味安消胶囊组总有效率为91.3%,乳果糖组总有效率为86.9%,两组总有效率差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论六味安消胶囊与乳果糖口服液治疗老年患者功能性便秘疗效明显且安全,均值得推荐。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of liuwei anxiao capsule and lactulose oral solution on senile func- tional constipation.Methods 46 cases of senile patients with functional constipation were randomly divide into two groups, liuwei anxiao capsule group was given liuwei anxiao capsule treatment,4 capsules/time,3 times/d; and lactulose oral solution group was given lactulose oral solution treatment,10 ml/time,3 times/d; both groups were treated for 4 weeks,the effect of two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of liuwei anxiao capsule group was 91.3%, and total effective rate was 86.9% in lactulose oral solution group, the difference between two groups was not signifi- cant （P〉0.05）; and there was no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion Liuwei anxiao capsule and laetulose oral solution all have cure effect in treatment of senile functional constipation, and safety is high, worthy of application.
