茵陈蒿汤加味治疗婴儿黄疸69例的效果分析

Effect analysis of modified Virgate wormwood decoction treating infant jaundice in 69 cases

目的探讨茵陈蒿汤加味治疗婴儿黄疸的临床效果。方法选择在本院中医科门诊就医的婴儿黄疸患者，单用茵陈蒿汤加味煎汤内服，10～15ml/次，3～4次，d，观察患儿二便的变化。结果患儿全部治愈，其中50例（72．50％）复查血清总胆红素、结合胆红素等项指标均降至正常值，或经皮测胆红素已正常；19例（27．50％）复诊或电话访问家长，婴儿皮肤黄疸消退，小便正常。结论茵陈蒿汤加味治疗婴儿黄疸，效果肯定，操作方便，不良反应少，临床可推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified Virgate wormwood decoction treating infant jaun- dice. Methods Infants with jaundice treated in outpatient of department of traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital were chosen and they were only given modified Virgate wormwood decoction for oral administration,10-15 ml each time,3-4 times each day,the change of urine and stool of the infants was compared. Results 69 cases of infants with jaundice were cured,among them,serum total bilirubin,direct bilirubin and other indicators of 50 cases （72.50%） were reexamined,the value of those indicators were approaching normal or transcutaneous bilirubin was normal;19 cases had further consultation or their parent was followed-up by telephone,the skin jaundice of infants subsided,and their urine were normal. Conclusion Effect of modified Virgate wormwood decoction treating infant jaundice is certain with conve- nient operation,less adverse reactions.It can be promoted and applied in clinic.
