针刺结合奥拉西坦对高血压脑出血患者认知功能的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on the cognitive function of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients treated with acupuncture combined with oxiracetam

目的探讨针刺结合奥拉西坦对高血压脑出血患者认知功能的临床疗效和安全性。方法将76例高血压脑出血患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规治疗和奥拉西坦,800 mg/次,口服,2次/d;观察组在此基础上给予针刺治疗,观察两组患者的简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评分和Barthel指数(BI)评分。结果两组患者治疗前MMSE、BI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗前后比较,MMSE指数评分、BI评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后MMSE总分和BI评分比较,治疗组疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺结合奥拉西坦可显著改善高血压脑出血患者的认知功能,优于单独应用奥拉西坦,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect and safety on the cognitive function of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients treated with acupuncture combined with oxiracetam. Methods 76 hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients were divided into observation group and control group.The control group was given with conventional therapy and oxiracetam,800 mg per once,oral administration,2 times per day;observation group was given wih acupuncture on the basis of control group.The mini-mental state examination （MMSE） and Barthel index （BI） were detected. Results The MMSE and BI scores of two groups had no statistical significance before the treatment（P〉0.05）;the MMSE and BI scores of two groups had statistical significance before and after the treatment （P〈0.05）.The MMSE and BI scores after treat- ment had statistical significance between the two groups（P〈O.05）. Conclusion Integrated application of acupuncture and oxiracetam could improve the cognitive function of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients,and better tan separate application of oxiracetam,which deserves further clinical applications.
