小儿外科患儿父母情绪障碍的调查研究

The investigation on emotional disorder of the parents of the sick children who is in pediatric surgery

目的调查小儿外科患儿父母的情绪状态,为促进临床治疗及改善医患关系提供干预依据。方法采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对200例小儿外科患儿父母进行调查,将结果与常模进行比较。结果小儿外科手术患儿父母的SAS和SDS评分分别为(38.58±7.42)分和(48.26±8.59)分,明显高于常模的(29.78±10.07)分和(41.88±10.57)分(t=9.16,5.45,P<0.01)。结论小儿外科患儿父母存在不同程度的焦虑抑郁情绪,临床医护人员对他们应给予积极干预。

Objective To research the emotional condition of the parents of the sick children who is in pediatric surgery,in order to afford the intervention basis for promote clinical therapy and improving the doctor-patient relation- ship.Methods 200 parents of the sick children who was in pediatric surgery were researched by SAS and SDS,the re- suits was compared with the norm.Results The score of SAS and SDS of the parents of the sick children who was in pe- diatric surgery was （38.58±7.42） and （48.26±8.59） respectively,higher than the norm of （29.78±10.07） and（41.88±10.57） （t=9.16,5.45,P〈0.01）.Conclusion The parents of the sick children who is in pediatric surgery have varying degrees anx- iety depression,the clinical medical staff should give active intervention for them.
