自制布朗架保护罩的设计与应用

Design and application of homemade protection cover of Brown′s bracket

目的探讨自制布朗架保护罩的设计与应用效果。方法将60例患者随机分成观察组和对照组,各30例,采用棉布包裹的布朗架保护罩作为观察组,采用清洁绷带反复多层缠绕架面保护罩的传统方法作为对照组,比较两组的安装时间、拆卸时间、成本费用、压疮发生率。结果观察组的安装时间、拆卸时间、成本费用明显少于对照组,压疮发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用自制布朗架保护罩可明显减少护士工作量、提高护士工作效率、减轻患者经济费用、节约医疗资源、降低压疮发生率。

Objective To discuss the effects of design and application on protection cover of homemade Brown＇s bracket.Methods 60 patients were randomly assigned to observation group and control group,with 30 cases of each group.The bracket surface was wrapped with cotton protection cover in observation group,while the traditional method of bracket surface wrapped by clean bandages in multiple layers was applied in control group.The installation time,disas- sembling time,material cost,incidence rate of pressure sores was compared between two groups respectively.Results The installation time,disassembling time,material cost in observation group was significantly less than that in control group respectively,incidence rate of pressure sores in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Application of protection cover of homemade Brown＇s bracket can significant- ly reduce the workload of nurse,improve work efficiency of nurse,reduce cost of patient,save medical resource,reduce the incidence of pressure sores.
