摘要
目的探讨Bakri子宫填塞球囊导管治疗产后出血的临床效果。方法选择患者100例,分为两组,各50例,观察组采用Bakri子宫填塞球囊导管压迫止血,对照组采用宫腔内纱布填塞止血,比较两组患者的治疗相关情况及预后情况。结果观察组操作时间和总治疗时间短于对照组,治疗后24 h血红蛋白、止血率高于对照组,子宫动脉结扎率和子宫切除率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用Bakri子宫填塞球囊导管治疗产后出血,效果可靠,能显著降低子宫动脉结扎率和子宫切除率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore clinical effect of Bakri uterine ballon tamponade in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 100 patients were selected and assigned into two groups,50 cases in each group.Bakri uterine bal- lon tamponade was used for hemostasis by compression in observation group,and intrauterine gauze packing was used in control group.The clinical condition and prognose of two groups was compared respectively.Results The operation time and overall treatment time in observation group was shorter than that in control group respectively,the hemoglobin count in 24 hours after treatment and bleeding stop rate in observation group was higher than that in control group respec- tively,uterine artery ligation rate and hysterectomy rate in observation group was lower than that in control group re- spectively,with statistical difference（P〈O.OS）.Conclusion Bakri uterine ballon tamponade in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage has a reliable effect,can reduce uterine artery ligation rate and hysterectomy rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
