血管介入在治疗子宫瘢痕妊娠中的应用

Application of vascular intervention in the treatment of uterine scar pregnancy

目的探讨血管介入在子宫瘢痕妊娠治疗中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析本院2008年4月～2012年9月收治的40例子宫瘢痕部位妊娠患者的临床资料。结果40例患者均给予双侧子宫动脉化疗栓塞术，成功率为95．0％（38／40），手术时间为（42．5±21．8）min。33例实施清宫术患者中，2例因出血多改为子宫切开取胚胎术。结论血管介入治疗子宫瘢痕妊娠安全、有效、创伤小及并发症少，可作为治疗子宫瘢痕妊娠的首选方法。

Objective To explore clinical value of vascular intervention in the treatment of uterine scar pregnancy. Methods Clinical data of 40 cases of patients with uterine scar pregnancy from April 2008 to September 2012 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results Bilateral uterine arterial chemoembolization was used in all 40 cases of patients,total success rate was 95.0%（38/40）,the operation time was （42.5±21.8）minutes.Curettage was used in 33 pa- tients,hysterotomy and embryo removal was used in 2 patients because of bleeding.Conclusion Vascular interventional in the treatment of uterine scar pregnancy is safe,effective,less traumatic and less complication,which can be used as the first choice for the treatment of uterine scar pregnancy.
