The Developmental Dilemma of Academic Profession for Young Female College English Teachers in Independent Colleges and Its Countermeasures

青年女教师在我国目前的独立学院外语教师队伍中所占的比例越来越大。然而，她们由于受社会传统观念、学校内部环境等外在因素及自己身心特点等内部因素的影响正处于学术职业发展的困境之中。如何采取有效措施促进她们的学术职业发展，帮助她们尽快成长，已经成为独立学院可持续发展的关键环节。

At present independent colleges,young female teachers account for an increasingly larger percentage in the departmentsof international studies. Nevertherless,due to some external factors such as traditional social views,college policies and some internal factor such as their own psychological characteristics,female college English teachers find themselves trapped in the development of their academic profession. How to take effective measures to promote their academic profession development,and help them to grow up as soon as possible,has become a key point for the sustainable development of independent colleges.
