摘要
选用“长雅”去势公猪和母猪各 12头 ,“长约”去势公猪 2 4头 ,按 2× 2× 2因子设计 ,每头每天分别注射重组生长激素 4mg或 0mg 2 8d ,测定重组生长激素对猪组织中脂肪酸合成酶的影响 ,研究脂肪酸合成酶与胴体沉积的关系以及对重组生长激素的反应。结果表明 ,猪重组生长激素显著 (P <0 0 5)降低组织中脂肪酸合成酶的活性 ,组织中脂肪酸合成酶和酮体脂肪量具有极显著 (P<0 0 1)的正相关关系。猪重组生长激素对猪脂肪酸合成酶和脂肪沉积的影响 ,具有明显的性别效应。
Twelve Landrace×Yanan barrows(55kg BW),12 Lanbrace×Yanan gilts(55kg BW)and 24 Landrace×Yorkshire barrows(65kg BW)were allocated to treatment(4mgpST/pig·d)or control group(0mg pST/pig·d)for 28 days to determine effects of exogenous recombiant somatotropin on the fatty acid synthase(FAS)in adipose tissue and to study relationship between FAS and fat deposition in carcass.The results showed that exogenous recominant somatotropin significantly decreased FAS activity in adipose tissue.Fatty acid synthase activity have not only significant positive correlations with fat quantity (r=0 69,p=0 007),but also with percentage of fat in carcass(r=0 98,p=0 002).Effect of exogenous recominant somatotropin on FAS activity and fat deposition had obvious sex effect.
