摘要
为探求二氢吡啶促雏鸡生长发育的机理 ,试验分两批进行。 ( 1)选用 2 8日龄海赛克斯父母代母雏 2 50只 ,随机分为 5组 ,日粮中添加不同浓度的二氢吡啶。饲养试验表明 :二氢吡啶可促进雏鸡的生长 ,且以 150mg/kg组促生长作用最佳 ,添加饲喂到 61d时 ,体重比对照组提高 7 68%(P <0 0 1) ,血清中T3含量在添加饲喂到 60d时比对照组提高 33 90 % (P <0 0 1) ,T4 含量呈下降趋势 ,皮质醇的分泌受到抑制 ,血清中含量呈下降趋势 ,添加饲喂到 60d时比对照组降低34 71% (P <0 0 1) ,154～ 160日龄平均产蛋率达 50 %以上时 ,较对照组提前一周。 ( 2 )选 7日龄90 4父母代母雏 5756只 ,随机分为两组 ,试验组添加二氢吡啶 ,浓度为 150mg/kg。结果表明 :添加饲喂到 30d时 ,体重及血清中T3 含量分别比对照组提高 9 91% (P <0 0 1)和 2 5 82 % (P <0 0 5) ,T4 含量较对照组降低 2 1 91% (P <0 0 5)。
In order to understand the effect of diludin on the growth of laying chickens and the mechanism of promoting growth,we carried out two trails.(1) 250 hisex breeding chickens(28d) were selected and divided into five groups.Diludin with different concentrations were added in each group’s feed.The result showed that Diludin could promote the growth of the chicken.The effect of 150 mg/kg group was the best among the groups.Up to 61 day feeding,the weight of 150 mg/kg group increased by 7.68% as compared with control group (P<0 01).Up to 60 day feeding,the concentration of T 3 increased by 33.90% as compared to control group (P<0 01).T 4 had the tendency of decrease.The secretion of cortisol was restrained.Up to 60 day feeding,its concentration decreased by 34.71% as compared with control group (P<0 01) the average laying rate was above 50%,age at first laying was one week earlier than that in control group.(2) 5756 904 breeding chicken(7d) were selected and divided into two groups randomly.Diludin was added in the trail group’s feed with 150 mg/kg feed.The result showed that the weight and T 3 of trail group increased by 9.91%(P<0.01) and 25.82%(P<0 05) respectively as compared with control group.T 4 decreased by 21 91%(P<0 05) as compared with control group.
