摘要
体育性别歧视是体育运动中对某种性别参与者的不平等对待。奥林匹克运动有性别歧视的传统。体育性别歧视的样态表现在:体育参与机会不均等、同工不同酬和体育性骚扰。它侵权的类别有:体育参与权、体育劳动权和体育人格权。反体育性别歧视的法律制度体现在国际公约方面和国内立法方面。体育性别歧视法律应对机制存在不足,应该对其进行完善。
The gender discrimination in sports is unequal treatment of certain gender partici- pants in sport. Olympic game have the tradition of gender discrimination. The gender discrimination in sports like state： sports participation inequality of opportunity, unequal pay for equal work and Sports sexual harassment. The Infringement Category of gender discrimination in sports have ： Partici- pation rights, labor rights and personality rights of competitive sports. The legislation of anti-sports sex discrimination in sports embodied in the international conventions and domestic legislation. The coping mechanisms about legislation of gender discrimination in sports is shortcomings that it should be perfect.
