摘要
用超声气体雾化法快速凝固技术(RS——Rapid olidification)制造316L微晶不锈钢粉末,再用热挤压快速固结成型法(TRT——Thermoextrusion Rapid Thermoset)制成其微晶棒材,在相同条件下与常规316L材料(本国的和日本的)进行了均匀腐蚀对比试验,其结果表明微晶不锈钢的耐蚀性与常规不锈钢的相当,略有提高。但机械性能明显优于常规的,微晶材料这种特殊功能具有广泛应用前景。
The 316L alloy microcrystallite pow- der was prepared by ultrasonic gas ato- mization and Rapid Solidification tech- nique (RS),then the microcrystallite rod was obtained by the Thermoextrusion Rapip Thermoset(TRT).The experimen- tal results of homogeneous corrosion showed that the corrosion-resisting pro- perty of microcrystallite 316L is better than that of the conventional 316L ma- terial.
