大数据已经渗透到各行各业,成为重要的生产要素,产生巨大的冲击。适当的政策引导具有重要的战略意义,已经引起各国政府和组织机构的重视,将大数据政策提升到国家战略的高度。澳大利亚公共服务大数据战略在大数据的管理、大数据与隐私保护、大数据整合分析、大数据开放共享四个方面给予了特别的关注,具有重要特色。文章通过研究分析澳大利亚公共服务大数据政策的特点,为我国制定大数据发展战略提供一定借鉴。

Big data has penetrated into all walks of life and become an important factor of production. Appropriate policy guidance can play important strategic significance and has attracted attention of governments and organizations to enhance the big data policy to the national strategy. The Australian Public Service Big Data Strategy pays special attention to four key areas, such as managing big data, relations between big data and privacy protection, a large meta-analysis of data and open sharing of big data, etc.. Through research arid analysis of the Australian Public Service Big Data Strategy, we can find some references for the development of Chinas big data strategy.
