摘要
本文介绍用SnO_2烧结型气敏电阻测量含有液化石油气、煤气或水蒸气的空气特性过程中,在某种特定条件下所发生的振荡现象。对该现象产生条件和规律进行了研究。利用能量交换观点说明了SnO_2气敏电阻对某些气体的吸附与脱附现象,并进而建立了振荡模型。
This paper reports an oscillating phe- nomenon of gas-sensing sintered SnO_2 re- sistance doped some impurity and catalyst in the course of measuring the LP and other gases.The conditions and regula- rity of this phenomenon were observed and studied.A model of the oscillation based on energy exchange has been estab- lished to explain the adsorption and de- sorption of SnO_2 gas-sensing resistance.
