感染科临床护理带教状况的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of status of clinical nursing teaching in the department of infection

目的了解感染科临床护理带教状况。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,对感染科实习护生及带教老师进行调查。结果护生对带教老师总体评价为(4.90±0.04)分,得分最低的条目是:了解感染科常见疾病的护理前沿和耐心教导护生;带教老师对护生总体评价为(4.45±0.04)分,得分最低的条目是:主动与患者和家属沟通、主动进行基础护理操作和感染科常用药物熟悉程度。结论提高带教老师素质、教学方法;巩固护生知识,锻炼技能,对提高感染科临床护理教学质量具有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the status of clinical nursing teaching in the department of infection.Method To investigated the teachers and nursing students in the department of infection with a self-designed questionnaire.Results The evaluation from students to the teachers are：overall satisfaction score is（4？90＆#177;0？04）,the lowest points are the advanced nursing of common diseases and the teaching attitude.While the evaluations from teachers are：overall satisfaction score is（4？45＋0？04）,the lowest are communication with patients and their families,conducting basic nursing operation and familiarity of common drugs.Conclusions To enhance teaching quality of clinical nursing teaching in the department of infection,it is efficient by improving the quality of teachers and their teaching methods,consolidating students’knowledge,and exercising their skills？
