非球面人工晶状体植入术对白内障术后视觉质量的改善作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨非球面人工晶状体(AcrySof IQ IOL)对白内障(CA)患者术后视觉质量提升的效果。方法选择2013年3~10月在本医院眼科接受治疗的CA患者56例(共75眼),其中28例(37眼)植入AcrySof IQ IOL,作为观察组,另外28例38眼植入球面晶状体(AcrySof Natural IOL)为对照组。术后随访,统计两组患者术后3个月的裸眼视力(UCVA)、最佳矫正远视力(BCVA)、明视条件下瞳孔大小以及两组患者明视条件下的对比敏感度。结果观察组术后3个月的UCVA、BCVA和明视条件下瞳孔大小分别为(0.77±0.16)、(0.86±0.19)、(3.29±0.34)mm,对照组为(0.65±0.15)、(0.73±0.18)、(3.32±0.29)mm,两组UCVA和BCVA比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),明视条件下瞳孔大小比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);两组在12.0 cpd和18.0 cpd空间频率对比敏感度比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论对CA患者植入AcrySof IQ IOL能够提供较好的视觉质量。 Objective To discuss the postoperative visual quality improvement of aspheric intraocular lens(AcrySof IQ IOL) in cataract(CA) patients. Methods 56 CA patients(75 eyes in total) accepted treatment in our ophthalmology department from March 2013 to October 2013 were selected. 28 patients(37 eyes) implanted with AcrySof IQ IOL were selected as observation group and the rest cases(38 eyes) implanted with AcrySof Natural IOL were chosen as control group.During 3-month follow-up visits after surgery,uncorrected visual acuity(UCVA),best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),and size of pupils and contrast sensitivity in photopic vision in both groups were calculated. Results After 3-month follow-up visits,the UCVA,BCVA and size of pupils in photopic vision in the observation group were(0.77±0.16) mm,(0.86± 0.19) mm,and(3.29±0.34) mm,while in the control group,they were(0.65±0.15) mm,(0.73±0.18) mm,and(3.32±0.29) mm respectively.After comparison,the first two indicators displayed statistical differences(P0.05),while the last one didn′t show significant difference(P0.05).At the aspect of contrast sensitivity in the spatial frequency of 12.0 cycles per degree(CPD) and 18.0 CPD in both groups,there was a statistical difference(P0.05). Conclusion For CA patients,implantation of AcrySof IQ IOL can provide better visual quality.
