摘要
目的探讨哮喘高危儿脐血哮喘基因以及IgE水平及其对于儿童哮喘预测及治疗的意义。方法选择2011年1月~2012年1月在本院住院并接受治疗的哮喘高危患儿80例作为观察组,同时选择80例健康同龄儿童作为对照组,采用免疫荧光法检测小儿脐血中的IgE、IL-13以及IL-18水平,并进行病原学检查。结果哮喘患儿脐血中的IgE、IL-13以及IL-18水平均显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论儿童哮喘的发病机制与IgE、IL-13以及IL-18水平密切相关。
Objective To investigate the umbilical cord blood asthma gene and IgE level in high-risk children with asthma,and their prediction and treatment significance for children with asthma. Methods 80 cases of high-risk children with asthma who were treated in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2012 were selected as the observation group,and 80 cases of healthy children with the same age were selected as the control group.Immunofluorescence was used to assay IgE,IL-13 and IL-18 in pediatric cord blood,and they were given with pathologic examination. Results The umbilical cord blood of children with asthma IgE,IL-13 and IL-18 in the observation group were all significantly higher than those of the control group(P0.05). Conclusion The pathogenesis of asthma in children is closely related to IgE,IL-13 and IL-18 levels.
