责任制护理在内科门诊输液中的应用效果观察

Application effect observation of primary nursing on outpatient infusion in department of internal medicine

目的探讨责任制护理在内科门诊输液中的应用效果。方法随机选择2013年1~6月在本院内科门诊输液治疗的172例患者作为研究组,选择2010年1~6月在本院内科门诊输液治疗的170例患者作为对照组。对照组患者采取常规护理干预,研究组在此基础上采取责任制护理。结果研究组的护理满意度为98.26%,明显高于对照组的85.29%（P〈0.05）。研究组在疾病预防知识、输液常识及药物治疗知识的掌握率均高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论责任制护理模式在内科门诊输液中应用效果显著,可以有效保障患者的治疗质量,值得临床应用与推广。

Objective To discuss the application effect of primary nursing on outpatient infusion in department of internal medicine. Methods 172 cases of patients treated by infusion in our department from January 2013 to June 2013 were randomly selected as research group,and 170 patients from January 2010 to June 2010 were chosen as control group.In the control group,conventional nursing intervention was provided,while on the basis of the control group,the primary nursing was adopted in the research group. Results Rate of nursing satisfaction in the research group was 98.26%,which was obvious higher than that of the control group（accounted for 85.29%）（P0.05）.Rates of knowledge on disease prevention,infusion,and drug therapy in the research group were all higher than those of the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion Primary nursing mode obtains a remarkable effect on infusion in department of internal medicine and it guarantees the quality of treatment,which is worthy of application and expansion in clinic.
