摘要
目的探讨肢体活动对新生儿PICC导管尖端位置的影响。方法选择本院2011年5月~2013年3月收治的实施经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)的新生儿35例,通过对患儿上肢不同体位的摆放,观察导管尖端位置的变化及可能造成的影响。结果上肢外展90°、上举180°、内收90°时与上肢自然下垂相比较,导管尖端上下移动范围为0~0.3 cm,均未出现导管异位。结论 PICC导管尖端会随着肢体活动的变化而有所活动,只要按规范要求放置PICC,导管尖端位于上腔静脉中下1/3交界处,肢体活动不会引起导管的异位。
Objective To investigate the influence of limb movement on PICC catheter tip position.Methods 35 cases of newborn in our hospital from May 2011 to March 2013 were given peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC), and the changes of catheter tip position and possible influence were observed in different upper limb placement. Results Compared with upper limb natural prolapse,PICC catheter tip position moved 0-0.3 cm when upper limb was abduction 90°, upthrow 180° and adduction 90°, and there was no ectopy of PICC. Conclusion PICC catheter tip can move with the movement of limbs.If PICC catheter is placed according to standard requirement,with catheter tip placed at 1/3 of middle and lower junction of superior vena cava,the movement of upper limbs will not cause malposition of the catheter.
