手外伤的细菌感染监测及药敏试验分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨手外伤患者细菌感染情况及药敏情况。方法选取2011年3月~2013年1月在本院接受诊断和治疗的70例开放性手外伤患者为研究对象。所有患者分4次进行采样,采样结束后进行细菌培养和药敏试验。结果 70例患者术后发生伤口感染17例(24.29%),其中,检出革兰氏阳性菌感染13例(76.47%),检出表皮葡萄球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌感染12例(70.59%);17例感染患者中,环丙沙星敏感率为94.12%(16/17),头孢噻肟敏感率为88.24%(15/17),复方磺胺甲恶唑敏感率为76.47%(13/17),庆大霉素敏感率为58.82%(10/17),丁胺卡那霉素敏感率为47.06%(8/17),红霉素敏感率为41.18%(7/17)。结论临床合理用药对有效控制细菌耐药性有重要意义,进行细菌培养和药敏试验是检测患者耐药情况的有效手段之一,可以为临床合理用药提供科学信息。 Objective To discuss bacterial infection of hand trauma patients and analyze drug sensitive situation. Methods 70 patients with hand trauma who received diagnosis and treatment during March 2011 and January 2013 in our hospital were chosen as research subjects. All patients were given 4 times samplings,and then given bacterial incubation and drug sensitive test.Results In 70 cases of patients,17 cases(24.29%) were tested with wound infection, among them,13 cases(76.47%) were tested with gram positive bacteria infection,12 cases(70.59%)with Cuticle staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus aureus infection.In the 17 cases,the sensitive rates of ciprofloxacin,cefotaxime, co-trimoxazole,gentamicin,amikacin,erythrocin were 94.12%(16/17),88.24%(15/17),76.47%(13/17),58.82%(10/17), 47.06%(8/17),41.18%(7/17)respectively.Conclusion Rational use of medicines in clinic is very important to drug resistance control, bacterial culture and drug sensitive test are effective means for bacterial resistance monitoring,and can provide scientific information for clinical rational drug use.
