小儿重症哮喘规范化诊治效果观察

Clinical effect observation on standardized diagnosis and treatment for severe asthma in children

目的探讨规范化诊治对于小儿重症哮喘的效果。方法选择本院2011年1月~2013年12月儿科收治的80例小儿重症哮喘患者,随机分成对照组和实验组。对照组患者给予常规治疗,实验组患者给予规范化治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果实验组有效率为87.5%,对照组有效率为52.5%,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。实验组患者肺功能改善时间为（43.5±6.3）h,憋喘症状改善时间为（12.5±4.6）h,对照组患者肺功能改善时间为（55.2±7.8）h,憋喘症状改善时间为（19.6±5.3）h,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论及时正确评估患儿哮喘病情,制定正确的治疗方案,规范化治疗小儿重症哮喘可明显提高治疗效果,有利于控制重症哮喘病情,迅速缓解哮喘症状,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of the standardized diagnosis and treatment for severe asthma in children.Methods 80 children with severe asthma from January 2011 to December 2013 in our hospital were divided into the control group and experiment group randomly.The control group was given the general treatment,the experiment group was given the standardized treatment.The treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the effective rate of control group was 87.5%,which was significantly higher than the experiment group（52.5%）（P0.05）.The pulmonary function and wheeze symptoms improving time of experiment group [（43.5±6.3）h and（12.5±4.6）h] were significantly different from those in the control group[（55.2±7.8）h and（19.6±5.3）h]（P0.05）.Conclusion Evaluating the condition of children′s asthma correctly and timely,taking the correct treatment method,standardizing the treatment for severe asthma in children can significantly improve the clinical effect,facilitate the control of asthma and quickly relieve the asthma symptom,which should be applied in clinic.
