摘要
异位妊娠是临床常见的妇科疾病,会直接影响患者的预后,因而有效的诊断是确保疾病治疗的先决条件。异位妊娠的诊断方法包括临床表现、实验室检查和辅助检查。腹腔镜检查与清宫术后病理组织学检查是异位妊娠诊断的金标准,但费用较高。超声检查、血清β-HCG检测、血孕酮检测的联合诊断可作为异位妊娠的首选诊断方法。针对患者的具体病情,可实施期待治疗、药物治疗、手术治疗。
Ectopic pregnancy is a common gynecological disease in clinic,which will directly affect prognosis of the patients. Effective diagnosis is a prerequisite to ensure disease treatment.Diagnostic methods of ectopic pregnancy in-clude clinical manifestation,laboratory examination and auxiliary examination.Laparoscopic examination and postopera-tive histopathological examination are gold standard in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy,while cost is higher.Combined diagnosis of ultrasonography, serum β-HCG detection,blood progesterone is first choice in diagnosis of ectopic preg-nancy.According to specific condition of patients,expectant treatment,drug treatment and operation treatment are con-ducted.
