摘要 2011年我国国内医药用氯化钠产量已超10万t,产品基本采用多效真空蒸发结晶工艺,普通工艺生产的产品结晶在储存过程易出现板结,给流转、使用带来非常大的问题。通过对氯化钠生产过程中的成核、结晶理论进行分析,将套筒隔室式结晶技术和延时结晶技术相结合,使氯化钠产品晶体结构、粒度及品质有了很大的提高。通过研究表明,新工艺生产的氯化钠产品粒径达0.75 mm以上,晶体呈椭圆型(鱼籽状),产品质量指标优于注射级氯化钠产品标准,是解决氯化钠结晶在储存过程板结、结晶生长致硬块化的很好途径。 Ourdomestic pharmaceutical sodium chloride production exceeded 100 000 t in 2011, which used muhi -effect vacuum evaporation and crystallization process to produce. Common technology products were prone to crystallization during storage, which brought big problems to transfer and usae. The crystal structure, particle size and uality of sodium chloride product has been gready improved by analysis of the nucleation and crystallization theory of sodium chloride produc- tion process, which combined the sleeve compartment crystallizer technology and delay crystalliza- tion technology. It showed that the particle size of sodium chloride product by new production process was more than 0.75 mm and the crystalline was oval( fish roe -like). Product quality exceeded injection grade sodium chloride product standard. It was a good way to solve the sodium chloride crystals compaction during storage and lumps of cyrstal growth.
