饲粮中添加维生素对蛋鸡热应激期血清酶活性的影响 被引量:10

摘要 选择 37周龄海兰褐健康蛋鸡 12 0只 ,随机分为三组 饲养于平均温度为 30℃环境中 ,通过添加不同水平维生素C、E ,观察对热应激期蛋鸡血清碱性磷酸酶 (ALP)、肌酸激酶 (CK)活性和红细胞脆性的影响 结果表明 :热应激使血清中ALP和CK活性升高 ,表明热应激可使动物组织的细胞膜损伤 ,通透性加大 而饲料中添加维生素C、E ,可明显缓解血清中ALP和CK活性的升高 ,使红细胞脆性降低 说明维生素C。 week old Hyline brown layings were randomly divided into three groops. They were kept at ambient temperature 30℃ and ketp at different adding of vitamins(Vit.C,Vit E)to investigate activities of alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and CK in serum and osmotu fragility. The experiment results showed that:Heat stress caused the increasing of activities ALP and CK and osmotic fragility. The damage has happened. And the permeability has increased in animal tissue cells membrane exposed to heat stress.But the enzyme activites and osmotic fragility were efficiently regulated by adding vitamin C,E to diets It indected that vitamin C,E had effects on deprease efficient damage in lays by heat stress.
