摘要
试验选择 37周龄Hy line蛋鸡 12 0只 ,随机分为 3组 ,饲粮添加不同水平维生素C、E ,VC 添加水平分别为每公斤饲粮 :0 ,0及 10 0 0mg ;VE 添加水平分别为 2 0、4 5及 2 50mg ;试验期 4周 结果表明 ,热应激期饲粮添加维生素VC10 0 0mg/kg及VE 2 50mg/kg可显著提高产蛋率 ,降低破软率 ;提高血清中超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)及全血中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH PX)的活性 而单独添加VE4 5mg/kg对蛋鸡产蛋率及破软蛋率 。
week old Hy line layers were random divided three groups.Vc level were and 1000mg/kg,vitamin E were 20mg/kg,45mg/kg and 250mg/kg.The period of the experiment is four weeks.Results showed that increasing the levels of vitamin C and E of diet can raise the rate of laying(p<0.05)in the period of heat stress and decrease rate of broken and weaken eggs(p<0.05),and increase the activety of SOD andGSH PX(p<0.05).
